Also if you look at the
timeline, on 8/* he said he would be looking into the order, I’m not sure why
he would have to look into an order that he had “emailed” to me on 7/**….Looks
to me like he cut and paste to cover his butt.
 
Either way, He is not a
good business man.  He should have
responded to my request.  They state on
the website to text them, then they should respond to the text.  I just wanted tracking information so I could
let my son know when to expect his product. 
 
I deal with customers
all the time, I actually answer their questions.  That’s just good business which this company
is lacking in.
 
And to write that it is
ignorance on my part.  WOW….  I’ve told him (part of my threat) and I’ll
tell you.  I will be putting this all
over the internet.  My son saved his own
money for this.  He was excited to receive
the product he ordered and was charged for. 
This will be a life lesson for him.
 
I hope that you give him
a bad mark so other customers do not go through the same issues I went
through.

On 03/10/17 I ordered a complete Savage 7 stick for my grandson after 3 weeks of use the mesh started to separate causing a hole in the mesh. Sent and email on 04/14/17 as of this date o4/25/17 after several follow up emails still have not received a response from the company. Very disappointed in their customer service not to mention how disappointed my grandson is that the great tribe 7 stick is a piece of garbage.

You replyI Took several emails but finally contacted Rob from Tribe 7 .He did a great job not only did he replace the mesh he sent a completely new head to correct the problem . I am very satisfied with his solution.

Review: My son order 2 lacrosse heads from this company. He received email confirmation with the 2 order numbers.

My bank account had 2 payments taken out. We only received one of the heads. I called the phone number only to get a voice message that said they only respond to text messages to ###-###-####. I contacted these people on june [redacted] about this and they said they had just mailed the second one. I have had numerous texting with them since then and still do not have the second head. They said they would give me my money back when I returned the second head.....the one I NEVER GOT!!! I asked for proof of shipment and they won't give me anything.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the merchandise I clearly paid for.

Review: I have purchased several lacrosse heads from this company. It states in their warranty policy that during regular lacrosse play, if the heads break, they will be replaced if within 6 months of purchase date. I Sent back all three lacrosse heads which all broke during game play and /or practice. I also sent a copy of purchase date and receipt. I do have a postal receipt as well. In addition, I have contacted the company several times before and after I mailed back the faulty heads. I still have not received any response to not one of my emails or have not received replacement heads. I have a record of all my emails sent to : [redacted] and [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor their warranty policy and please send me replacement of the three White Ghost 7 unstrung heads.

Review: They have collected the monies for the product and not sent the product, has been over 3 months, have emailed texted and cant leave messages as contact number mail box is always full.Desired Settlement: Product that was ordered is delivered in timely fashion. And in good quality.

Review: I ordered a lacrosse stick and net. I paid $110 for it. I only received the net without the stick that I paid for. I have contacted Rob numerous times via email, text and called.
