Tribeca Apartments

I received a Letter of Collection from Tribeca Apartments in March 2020 after moving out April 2019. Sufficient proof was sent to Tribeca that was provided to me by the Leasing Manager when I moved out stating I did not have any balance owed.
I have been attempting to resolve this issue since by contacting Tribeca's Leasing Manager and Corporate (Sunridge Management). Corporate was left voicemails and emails regarding this issue, but have not returned either. I have been attempting to resolve this with the Leasing Manager through phone, in person, and email. Claims to be waiting for a response from his boss, to try following up a week later.
Although, it has been two months since the Collection Letter has been under dispute.
