Lawn was mowed and weeded 5 days before move out date. CHARGE DISPUTED. 2. KITCHEN LIGHT was not working since tenant moved in. Landlord was notified and never responded to fix. just like it took them 2 months to fix AC and never fixed stove top oven. CHARGE DISPUTED. 3. TOUCHED UP two ceiling holes in the ceiling does not cost $95. CHARGE DISPUTED 3 AC filters were replaced and all returns were vacuumed before move out. CHARGE DISPUTED. I rented with Muse Realty July 'and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had being that I was a first time renter and college student at the timeAt the time I was assured that everything with the house would be up to par but it was notThe house wasn't cleaned at all and many repairs needed to be made for the house was fairly oldThe management staff was not cooperative and gave me the "run around" when I tried to address them with the issues I hadI only stayed in the house for months until I decided that the stress of staying there was no longer worth my moneyThis is not a misrepresentation of this company, it is just my personal experiencePictures were taken during moand videos were filmed to display some of the problems that arose and were not addressed prior to moving outEviction papers were filed, but the motion did not move forwardI decided to leave and paid all the fees in cashThis included charges I wasn't at fault for such as broken blinds in a room I didn't even useI hope this review helps other prospective renters in their decision to rent from this company

My husband and I (we currently live in *** but are moving to *** in July) were told we had to pay for an application in order to view a rental we were interested in ($30)We were even encouraged to submit it expedited (an extra $10, I believe)Once we arrived (hours later) to check out the property, we learned that it wasn't available to look at, and we also didn't even need to submit an applicationI called them to politely ask for a refund our unnecessary application fee, and they refused, but said they'd ask the managerThey never returned that phone call, so I called again the next week, and was promised the manager would call, but again she did not speak to meOne of the secretaries again spoke to me, and defended all the points with elaborate explanations about why we couldn't have a refundThere was no customer

If I could leave no stars I wouldI was a good tenant for over yrs, never late with rent no complaintsOn my move out apartment left cleaner than when I moved in, but I was deducted $for dusty baseboards and fansMind you there were several leaks time after timeMy carpets were soaked several timesThe closet had to be busted up and the sheet rock was never replacedThey charged me $to patch and pant a wallWhich yes had a small hole, which I patchedI didn't paint it because they advice in their paperwork not to paint as it causes deductionsSo basically they charged me to paint a foot wall behind the front doorBottom line DONT rent from themWhen you move out they will find any reason to keep some of your deposit! Would not recommment at all! I would post the pictures of the moldy walls they let stay in my kids closet if this site would allow me!!

Review: In February 2013 we enlisted [redacted], the owner of Gallery 69, to sell our possessions listed below on eBay. He sold four items, but other items, some quite expensive, went "missing" and we are not certain that they were ever even listed on eBay for sale as he has claimed. We have e-mailed him, physically stopped by his store, phoned him and tried all means of contacting him. But he has evaded our inquiries. It is clear to us that he has probably stolen some our possessions. We have an e-mail history that we are happy to share which will support our claims.
