Tribeca Grand Hotel

Review: Several Years ago, The TriBeCa Grand Hotel is wher I chose to stay during my visits to NYC.

Two to three times a year, I stayed there. On Two occasions I also booked a room for a business associate, paying for it on my card. From the beginning, I was invited to become a member of the Frequent Guest program.

Each time I stayed, I asked that the stay be credited to my account and was assured that it was. Now, The TriBeCa Grand is becoming [redacted], I called to find out about the validity of my points and was told to use them before the end of December, and to e-mail : [redacted], in order to use my points. I e-mailed Mr. C[redacted] twice with the dates ( 11/**/15) I was to visit NYC (12/[redacted]/15). I did not receive any response. I called the hotel and asked for Mr. C[redacted], and was put through to him. After explaining my plans and giving him my information, he told me that I had no points because I had booked through "Hotels.Com". This was the first I had heard of this, and had been lead to believe that I was accumulating points. He assured me that he would speak to the general manager, and would call me back within the hour. I am still waiting. I called several days later, and left Mr. C[redacted] a voice mail. Still no response. My trip dates have come and gone with no calls or e-mails. Not honoring my points was clearly a decision made after my stays. No effort was made to accommadate me.Desired Settlement: I wish to have to the days that are owed to me available for redemption at my convenience, and an explanation from Mr. C[redacted] of why he never responded to my e-mails, or phone calls.
