Review: I ordered oil on weds jan ** 2014 the woman told me the earliest they can deliver was fri jan [redacted] which I said was fine. Friday came I called to verify that oil was coming at 9:21am and again at 10:31am then again at 4:12pm I was told that the driver would call 20 minutes before delivery to have someone home to accept delivery and to have the cash. Friday past no call nor a delivery. Now I call sat morning feb 1 at 8:20am again 8:22 but no answer leave message that I never received my delivery on fri. I don't get a call back so I call again at 9:46 and the lady says it would be delivered in 2 hours so I said by 12 the truck will be here she says yes. I have to leave to go to work so I have my girl fried at my house another day after waiting all day Friday for the truck that never came nor a phone call to say they weren't gonna make it. At 12:53pm the woman calls me from [redacted] yelling at me that no one was home for delivery I try to explain to her that I'm at work to call my house but was very rude told me not to call them again and hung up the phone on me. I don't know why she acted like that I have ordered oil twice before and each time I gave a little extra for the driver. My problem is if you can't make the delivery at a specific date call the customer and inform them don't make promises you can't keep. Then when the customer tries to work things out with them not to talk to them so unprofessionally yelling should not be tolerated in the work place to the consumer. Maybe if I was purchasing a larger quantity of oil they would of treated me better. I even understood when she told me the price of oil went up around 45 cents a gallon because you don't have any control of that.Desired Settlement: I understand that everyone can have a bad day but don't hang up on the consumer and belittle them because your not having a good day. All I want is my oil delivered and to be treated like a human being I don't think that's too much to ask for. Communication is the key if they told me they couldn't make it on Friday and it would of been Saturday it would of been fine.
