Review: We lost our furnace due to hurricane sandy...the owner of the company put the wrong furnace in my home...flooded the basement installing the unit..water damage to the first floor..due to flooding the system..he gave me a system that does not comply with the system that's in my home..I have a dual heating system..now I only have one..at the time...I had a 5 month old baby n the entire upper floor was freezing all winter..the owner of the company acknowledge he's mistakes..but has not contacted me or come to fix this issue.Desired Settlement: This company does not know what there doing..there on trial n error basis....they shouldn't play with people's homes n lives..I would like my money back..he can have this furnace..which takes up way more space then my old one..ii can't even get to the back of my basement because his product blocks be whole area...he took advantage of a very bad situation n made it worse..this company n mr Carlos is not trustworthy.

I, [redacted], am responding to a complaint that came to
your attention from [redacted].
[redacted] was recommended to me through a mutual friend.
Her request was to do an installation project which was
priced at $7,000.00.
It was recommended by my friend that [redacted] be given a
discount.
I charged her only $5,000.00 for the complete
installation.
The combination boiler was ordered from the supplier.
Through no fault of my own, I was given a Williamson
boiler without the coil.
Upon unpacking the boiler it was discovered that the
boiler wasn’t the one ordered.
In front of the plumber, [redacted]’s husband confronted
and threatens me.
Using profanity [redacted]’s husband threaten to cause bodily
harm to me.
As to not wanting to provoke a confrontation, I chose to
walk away.
On August [redacted] 2013 I received this email from
Good morning
I'm getting the contract ready..I
need from you guys the make and model of the furnace that will replace the one
that I have now..I Also need the date n completion date that the new
furnace/boiler will be in and working. Please keep in mind that we are
replacing the one you put in with a slant fin...would you b able to do this as
soon as possible so we can get this issue solved and over with...you can put in
detail what you plan on doing I will attach it to my withdrawal and you can get
your portion notarized n I will get Mine notarized. I would love to have this
done by weeks end. Hopefully we can start on the boiler before months
end. Thank you.
