Thanks BBB. Unfortunately I believe we won't see eye to eye on this situation. I have trained many people with an assortment of issues with no problems. Without prior knowledge of injuries and specifics I cannot guarantee that each lift with be safe. Even with perfect form and no prior injuries there is an innate risk of exercising. What worries me more than anything is that you are saying things that are damaging to my career and business when I can prove that injuries here are VERY few and far between and that SAFETY is of my utmost priority, because we need our people injury free in order to reach the success that we have. If you want stretches for your back I suggest going to [redacted] and looking up " [redacted] ***" and start doing those. Best of Luck. Chris

Hey Revdex.com.First I would like to thank you for bringing this issue to my attentionAny feedback whether it be good or bad, and allowing a Business owner to have a platform to address it is highly appreciated.*** had been training with me for a months without stating at any point that she had any
prior injuriesnotice her PARQ form she filled out the day that she came inIt states that she had NO prior injuries that would prohibit her from exercise. A few days prior to her coming in on the day that she is talking about, she went hiking, and horse back riding, which are both very rigorous and could compromise your spine integrity which is what I believe could have caused her back painAlso in the other picture posted, it shows her ice skating afterwards. The day that we had done the deadlift exercise, we did start her out with a bar to insure that she was doing proper form, and after she expressed proficiency in the movement, I suggested that we increase the weight to help increase her weightShe obliged and put extra weight on the bar. When she came in a few days later she stated that her back really hurt and I showed her some stretches to do as we were done with our workout to help alleviate her pain. Now onto the bigger matterMy #concern is client safetyHaving trained nearly people, 10,hours of studying and training I understand how to keep people safe while exercisingDuring the first years of my career I trained the 55+ community for the most part, and not people that were extremely fit. People without limbs, fibromyalgia, vertigo, extreme obesity, wheel chair bound, arthritis, you name it, I have trained them successfully. Currently, I train nearly people that fit the 55+ community, and do so very well(If having them lose a combined 100lbs is successful)Lastly, *** was charged in accordance to her agreement(which I did not attach here to keep her CC information safe) which she signed when she began her month program with me

To Whom this may concern, I have to disagree to the response this trainer's comments. I have hiked this particular trail all the time as it is walking distance from my house, so this is not part of the problemAlso I have not gone horseback riding since I sold my horse over years ago, so I don't know where he came up with me horseback riding I told him specifically Before he had me lift the weights that I have a history of bulging disc in my lower back and didn't want to injure them and his comments back were that lifting the weights will strengthen my back. It was only after lifting those weights back in Nov that my back became very painful and not from muscle strain. I have been seeing a Chiropractor and he told me I should never have been lifting those weights at my age and also from other medical professionals. I can get written letters from MD's stating this if needed. Also he Never went over any stretches with me EverI would not trust this person with an older persons safety. I am very disappointed with his responseThank you for your help in this matter Revdex.com.*** ***
