Review: I got charged 299.00 from Tribul, LLC on the ** of November last year. When I signed the contract for my merchant services, it didn't say anything about the charge on the contract. They took money without my permission. I called them several times, and was told that the technical team would contact me, but nobody did.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: On July [redacted] of 2013 my business was charged for anual PCI Compliance Program of the amount $199 which I never authorized. We are not processing credit cards for a long while since we don't have any customers paying with CC for our services. I called 12 times to cancell my account ([redacted] for refference) and spoke to customer services and 3 supervisors. Everybody promised to return my call and take care of the cancellations and refunds. Within these two weeks nobody called and took care of any of my complains. I am kindly asking to help me to get in touch with anybody responsible for charges and cancellations.Desired Settlement: Full cancellations of Merchant Services and refund on PCI and other fees associated with month of July 2013.

Review: Tribul Merchant Services handles our credit card processing. Up until March 2013, we were receiving monthly statements showing the payments that were processed and the fees taken out by Tribul. My office has attempted on multiple occasions throughout this past year to obtain these statements or determine why they have ceased, with no success. Calls to the company go to an "intake center", where a representative takes my contact information in order to forward it to the department that handles it. All of these calls have gone unreturned. I have spoken to a supervisor who gives the same answer. I was told by each representative that the department that answers the phones does not know anything about billing or invoicing. They claim there is absolutely no way to get any other department by phone. I am concerned about the practices within this company, and am concerned that they are hiding their fees from the customer. It appears to me that they are hiding something, and that is why I cannot get anyone to send me an itemized statement.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by someone at Tribul that can resolve my issue, and give me an itemized explanation of all charges for the past year. I would also like to see better handling of customer requests in the future. I would really like to have a phone number, as a client, that I can use to get in touch with someone who has some information.

Review: I am not even sure if this company is still in business. All phone numbers listed are not valid. The telephone number on their bill (###-###-####) leads to a lawyers office. We are trying to cancel the service but can not contact anyone at all from this company.Desired Settlement: We would like to just have this company stop collecting fees. We have switched over to another company and would like to cancel our account.
