Tribune Review

Review: On October 13th, I subscribed to the Valley News Dispatch through a promotion where I would pay for the year and in return they would give me $50.00 in gift cards. On the application it was written that the newspaper will be put in to the paper slot at the mailbox. The first day of delivery, it was thrown in my driveway. I then called and cancelled my subscription, and asked for the difference of the $130.00 that I paid less the $50.00 in gift cards. I have called about 10 times and get the same answer, "I don't know why you didn't get your check, all the notes indicate it should have been sent." I have just called them, am was told the check was cut on the 20th. of December, but don't know why I did not receive it. I think two months is plenty of time to get a refund. I have no confidence that I will receive it soon.Desired Settlement: I demand my $80.00 back and perhaps another $50.00 in gift cards for my aggravation.
