I checked our incoming call logs and I do not show these phone numbers or emails with this contact name as coming into TricamThe 4inmulti position ladders are not on recallThe HB3-PRO step stool is the only one on recall

standard message when we are contacted about the multi position ladder
This ladder had been discontinued in
The Multi position ladders had a limited lifetime warranty
Since these ladders are no longer in production, we don't have replacement ladders or spare parts (Palm buttons and Feet) to send
We do however offer partial refunds for these types of damages
Models AL-($25), AL-($45), AL-($50)
This calculation was taking into consideration that it was discontinued in and 2+ years of use at that time
We do require email pictures - one close up of the damage and one of the model number
Once it is verified as a warranty issue:
I will request our accounting department to issue you a refund of depending on the model of ladder that you have
Please allow 6-weeks for your check
I will need your address to send the refund check
