Review: I have two pending health claims in which money is owed to two service providers that are requesting prompt payment. Both claims are well over 60 days old. I have attempted to file paperwork on three different occasions on one of the claims and have been unable to get assistance in getting the claim processed for payment from the Tricare Claims office. When I telephoned the customer service office yesterday I spoke with two individuals- one of which was a customer service supervisor and neither were able to determine any problems which would preclude the two claims from getting processed in a timely manner. The names of the individuals I spoke with were Takeria- a customer service representative and D'Anna- a customer Service Supervisor. Before I concluded my conversation with D'Anna, she assured me that a claims representative would be contacting me today by phone to assist in getting my claims processed. My intention in filing this complaint with your office was to attempt to gain immediate resolution of this matter due to the fact that the two aforementioned health service providers are threatening to place me in collections if the outstanding amounts are not paid on the two medical bills.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for a Tricare Claims Service Supervisor to contact me by phone and assist me in getting the two claims handled expeditiously in order to preclude any further collection activity being initiated by the healthcare service providers. I would also request that a letter of apology be sent to me for the poor claims handling that has occurred in this matter.
