At first, they are good to you and respond and helpful Then you make your full payment and you are not treated the same anymore This guy basically sold from me I made my full payment for four passengers Tried to make three attempts at flights, each time these were cancelled due to weather Now I am told they are no longer valid This is crapI would strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere for a balloon ride Very poor communicator, phone calls emails never returned
I was completely nervous about being that high in the air in a basket but I have to admit, it was just as comfortable as standing in your own homeYou must do this once in your life and experience the floating you’ve only dreamed about!! Thank you Gregg & Sue for a great flight!
I have been in and around a good number of Air Planes and Hot Air Balloons for over plus years, due to my father being a pilot since I was just a childI feel, first most it would be the pilot, then Weather-Mother Nature, and the Act of GOD would be the next largest determining factor of all safe aircraft flight, and how the pilot acts and reacts to there surroundings is hugThe flights I have had with the Majestic Hot Air Balloon, I can say have only been peaceful and the views just breathtakingFrom what I have seen, this pilots number one concern is the safety of everyone, second is the best and most perfect and enjoyable flight path possible for each flight I have hadThe pilot was continuously looking at the weather on his electron equipment before and even during every flight I had taken with themWe all know just how fast the weather can change, and when weather report people cant even get it right two hours in advance all the time, it is good to have weather updatesIt is my understanding this pilot was acknowledged as the "longest flying hot air balloon commercial pilot in the country" back in 2015, and he is still flyingI was unable to find any accident reports or injuries reports of any kind on there flights and after flying with them (more then once) I can see whyI would say AAA+ all the way for the Majestic Balloon CompanyIf I were asked if I would feel safe and take a flight again in the Majestic Hot Air Balloon, my answer would be"OMG Absolutely in a Heart Beat
