Review: My wedding was June 23,2013. I had paid for services from [redacted] company for my tableclothes, floral arrangemnts for centerpieces, flowers for the groom and I and our entire wedding party and table accessories. We never received services from [redacted] company. I had not heard from her so I called to make sure that every thing was going to be there at the time of the wedding. She called me back a while later and said that her father had passed and that she was not going to render services for me (this was on the morning of the wedding). I explained that just because she had death that my wedding was still that day. I sent my family and friends to VA to retreive my things that whe had supposidly prepared for my wedding (we were all the way in [redacted] at [redacted] Mind You and had to go to [redacted] VA.)to and she said that they were locked in a barn and she did not have the key. It was always an excuse from her. She said that since she did not render services to us that she wanted to do the right thing. She said that she would start to pay us back at the end of July. We paid her $1700.00 and she did not pay us at that time. She has made so many money arrangements with us and only kept one. She was to give us $300.00 on August 1,2013 and did not show up at all and she did give us $150.00 on Aug. 15,2013 and that is all that she has paid. She lies all of the time. Because she did not show up and have our stuff, we had to pay an additional $1500.00 to someone for what she did not bring and it was not what we had for the wedding arrangements at all, we just made due with what was available. She has caused us so much confusion and loss of money. I am reporting her because she is a fraud and is not intending to pay us back. No one ever neeeds to use her. I did some research on her after all of this took place and come to find out she actually gave poor service to another bride and has yet to pay her back either. DesiredSettlementID: RefundSince [redacted] is apparently not working with us, to pay back the $1550.00 that is left on the $1700.00 that she owes us, we are now asking for all of the money for which we had to spend due to her neglegence to have our stuff or to pay us back. I would like for her to pay us the $1550.00 that she still owes us along with the $1500.00 that we had to spend due to her not showing up. I did let her know that I would ask
