Purchased direct from company vs third party thinking I would have a secure transaction and less hassle dealing directly with manufacturer Received inferior product Contacted business to resolve issue; requested exchange twice -- no reply Currently in dispute with credit card company to reverse charges Owner says in email if customer is not happy with product he will refund -- but refused delivery on my return Says, "some people are impossible to please" Poor customer service, rude, will never buy another product from again BUYER BEWARE Deal with third party vendors that honor return policies!!!
