They rented a house from us but didn't have the money for security deposit and first month's rent, which they needed to sign the paperwork. They needed extra time to get it. They wanted the house immediately but it was not ready. They were going to be put out of where they
were. After our check on them, we found out they were high risk. Since the house wasn't ready, we told them they could wait or we could return their money. they chose to wait. As of October 1, they have already moved in as I understand, and the wait was about three weeks. We were highly disappointed they did not have the time to get the money but wanted to rush into the house immediately. These repairs have already been done and taken care of. We had no control that they were going to be put out immediately. Had I known they filed a Revdex.com complaint, I would not have rented to them. I felt we went out of our way to help them and they filed a complaint on us
