This customer purchased a used vehicle in August with a limited warranty that covers the drive train (motor and transmission), not electrical issues However, Tricolor Auto strives to assist customers with repair issues even after the time of sale Due to inclement weather in the [redacted] area, responses and assistance may be delayed; however, the service manager has been notified of this customer's issues The customer does have the obligation to bring the vehicle in to a Tricolor Auto location to have it checked out Any fees and expenses will be the customer's responsibility to pay, but arrangements may be made to help him
My car got flooded ive been without my vehicle for months I had full coverage insurance with the dealer ship I was told if it was not a complete loss it would be repaired they basically paid off my vehicle which all I owed was 1,and said I had to fix it my self even though the title is a good title ? so I did after that they put in a claim and got 14, for my vehicle and I did not get one penny of that money after that I tried contacting them for several months about my title all I got was the run around by Javier [redacted] he never answered always lied never returned my calls neither did Keith [redacted] to top it off I owed $from my down payment after months of waiting for my title I called once again and a young lady said they never ordered my title cause I owed $dollars are you kidding me you guys just recieved $14,for my vehicle and they didnt bother helping fix it and still tried to drain me for more money I was a valuble customer never missed a payment paid on time and you get treated like [redacted] and taken advantage of PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THERE VERY BAD SERVICE !!! JAVIER DIAZ AND KEITH [redacted] SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED THERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE oh I forgot and made me pay for a tow truck I thougth full coverage covers that ? oh im still waiting for a call I need a reimbursment I feel like I am entitled to that im actually looking into geting a lawyer there is some kind of ilegal actions going on here
Please do not buy a car off this lotThey rip you offThey leave you upside downThey overprice cars because they know they canTheir customer service sucksIt is full of Mexicans so if you don't speak Spanish- good luck trying to get helpI wish I never bought a car off this lotI regret it so bad and get very mad every time I think about it because we were in need of a car really bad and they took advantage of a family and now we suffer in the long run because we now know betterDon't buy a car here ever!!!
