I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Since we bought the house, we have only had one leakTricon acknowledges that we reported it within the warranty periodSince we reported the leak, Tricon has sent contractors to our house every few months including plumbers and a roofer who attempted to find its source and fix the leakNone of them have been successfulNo one has been able to tell us where the leak isIf they had fixed the leak, we would have no need for further communication with TriconThere is no "current request" - only the original one from February of which has never been resolvedWe are very disappointed that it takes over a year to fix the problem but we have been very patientHowever, that is no reason to claim that there is a new request or that anything has been addressed. years and has never had someone make these sort of allegationsOur record speaks for itself The only accurate thing ** *** pointed out is that it took us longer than expected to fix a patch of grass that we damaged while tying in our utilities to the city mainThe reason for that was the heavy rains for a period of one month that set our contractors backHoeever, the work has been completed now. As a side note, I have never received such rude comments from any neighbor in my building career. If I need to do anything further, let me know. Thank you*** ***

This home was purchased on 2/24/? A leak occurred? within the one year warranty period of the home and it was addressed by our company? The current request to fix a leak is no longer under warranty? Therefore, our company is not responsible for the repairs or the cost of
the necessary repairs? We have forwarded the information necessary to the buyer so that he can schedule the proper contractors to look at this and get it resolved? That is all we can do
