Tride & True Pest & Termite Control

We were impressed with the company Tride & True from the very beginning. We had them here for termite control. They are very knowledgeable & very efficient in running their business as well as very friendly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with [redacted] and his team was very positive. The office staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They confirmed my appointment with me and arrived on time. I'm impressed with the efficiency the termite control was completed and everything was cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend Tride & True.

From the start, Tride & True was very professional. Trevor first came to our home (though a bit late) to assess the termite infestation and recommended a treatment far less costly than [redacted] & [redacted]. He provided a number of options/prices to remedy our issues. We agreed on a 5-yr plan. They do not charge a fee for a yearly inspection (insurance policy- against any "new" termite damage since their treatment). However, they do reinspect yearly and treat for any existing or new infestation. Trevor did arrange an appointment to return for treatment within a week (a bit late again). However, Tride & True did call me ahead of time to let me know both times of his new arrival time (15-20 min). They applied Trumador and without drilling in the patio area. Trevor treated in the felt expansion joint, returned and caulked the holes, and cleaned up the area he treated. 4-1/2 stars for not quite being on time and not knowing about another termite treatment that's been available on the market.
