This Tenant is the Manager of an appliance rental store and as such he deals with leases and rental agreements on a daily basis, I seriously doubt his company just lets people walk away from their agreed obligationsThis Tenant is fully aware
of the lease that he signed and all the termsUnder Federal Fair Housing Laws we have to treat all tenants the same, if we do not then there is a substantial fine from the Federal GovernmentWe can not terminate a lease based on a tenant's personal situation,unless we are prepared to do the same for all TenantsAs you could imagine, tenants would give all and any kind of excuse for not paying their rent or not abiding by their lease obligationsFurthermore, this Tenant gave no notice to the on site manager about their intentions and just packed up and left one dayWe contacted the Tenant and explained what he owed and he agreed, but has not made any paymentHe left us no choice but to report him the the credit bureauWe have no personal malice against this Tenant, but we must abide by Federal Law and our loan agreement and our property management agreementOur decision is final and the Tenant must pay what he legally owes

Mr. [redacted]--we do not have any record of a non refundable pet deposit. Mr. [redacted] lease never said he could have a dog.  Mr. [redacted] and his mother rented the apartment, after MR. [redacted] vacated the apartment his mother asked for a few more days to clean the apartment, which she did not...

do.  The cleaning person and the manager found dog feces on the carpet and the apartment was filthy. Mr [redacted] did fill out a check list when he moved in and said the only problem was some scuff marks in the master bedroom closet. A letter was sent out to his last known address, we will send another copy.
