Review: I picked up the carpet cleaner I had repaired. When I wheeled it over their threshold the bottom tube holder fell off. I picked it up and went home figuring I would snap it back into place when I got there. When my husband looked at it he said the plastic hanger pieces had been broken off. I took the cleaner back to Trident knowing the piece was broken when I picked it up. Upon explaining the situation they denied they had broken the piece stating "they didn't do business that way." I said I wasn't lying either. The piece had fallen off when I rolled it over their threshold. I said I wouldn't do business with them again, and the man said "good". I left with my cleaner and the broken piece.Desired Settlement: I want a record of how Trident treated me so as to prevent someone else from dealing with the same problem.

The
customer did come in to pick up their repair and left with it in a
perfectly fine manner. The reason it was being repaired has nothing to
do with the piece that was broken that is in question from her letter.
We did repair the machine, but did not replace the broken piece while in
the repair department as it was not requested by the customer and does
not in any way affect it's operation.
Review: I took my Bissell PROheat2X cleaner there to be repaired on 9.30/2015. claim #[redacted]. I have called a number of times and either they don't return calls or say it isn't fixed yet. This cleaner was used one time and still I don't have it fixed. On 12/1/2915 they said this week. It is now 12/28/2015 and I still have not gotten carpet cleaner back.
I have written and called the Bissell Co. and still no answer from them.Desired Settlement: I would hope to have my once used carpet cleaner back repaired with in a week. 3 months is unacceptable to repair a carpet cleaner. If they don't have the cleaner for some reason I would like a new replacement.
