DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED! They came out to level my door (which was otherwise operational) and proceeded to start disassemble my door Then he started to say I needed all these parts replaced (which turned out to be untrue) and quoting ridiculous prices I told him to cease all work until I got a firm quote on everything they said needed to be fixed He said he would call the next day with a firm quote, but needed to be paid $for the hours he had spent out there thus far! I thought I had called a garage door company, not a Law Firm! I had a coupon for $off "any repair" and he said that he "hadn't repaired anything" and so the coupon wouldn't apply I was shocked (although he was right he hadn't repaired anything because my previously working door now didn't work at all)! I ultimately had to pay him $to get him to leave He never called back with a firm quote and I had to have another company came out and fix everything he tore up They then refused to reverse the $charge! TOTAL CROOKS!
