Re: Complaint ID [redacted] – [redacted]r

Dear [redacted],

Thank you for your letter of April 15, 2015. We are so sorry that Ms. [redacted] has been a victim of “TRY DERMA” once again.

The company she originally ordered her product from and has the unauthorized charges from is “TRY DERMA”.

Our name is TriDerma®, dba of Genuine Virgin Aloe Corp., sounds the same but is spelled differently and has been confused with this scam artist company.

We have received a dozen phone calls from customers complaining that their credit card had been charged without authorization. We explain to them we do not have automatic ordering each month, and that they are not in our system, thus never ordered any products from us.

We are not that company (TRY DERMA), but TriDerma®, and that we are located in California (not Wyoming as the suspected location of "TRY DERMA" and that we are a reputable company in business for 23 years without any complaints from the Revdex.com. They then realize they have the wrong company.

They have also told us that they have tried to call "TRY DERMA" and are put on hold and then disconnected. We are one of the few companies left that actually answer our phone during business hours and talk directly to our customers.

We have tried to help these customers by advising them to call their credit card companies immediately and dispute the charges as fraudulent. We have followed up on several customers and found they were able to get their charges back and thanked us for our help.

I have attached a letter from our attorney that was sent to “TRY DERMA”. They were unable to locate an actual address or actual email address, of course. The letter was sent through their website on 3/31/2015. So far we have not heard from them.

We are hoping someone will be able to get correct contact information so this company can be stopped from scamming customers and damaging the TriDerma® name and brand. Besides damage to our TriDerma® name, we are truly concerned about customers that have fallen prey to their scam. We think this internet scamming is on a large scale as we have received a call from a woman in England that had a large unauthorized charge on her card and another woman that called us saying she had her food money taken directly out of her account.

If you know who we should contact in order to help stop this internet fraud, we will be happy to submit all the information we have.

Please call me if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

President

Genuine Virgin Aloe Corporation
