Review: Tried N True is under warranty for equipment and services purchased just over 6 months ago, we have made many attempts to have them resolve the issues with only one response. In that response Ian the owner only was willing to do an over the phone walk through and even then never has picked up any of our phone calls or returned any other emailsDesired Settlement: Tried and true honors warranty and repairs product they installed.
