I had Tried and True re-shingle my roof and replace all of the eaves on my house, and I cannot be happier with the entire process. Kyle came by to give an estimate just five minutes after calling him. The price he gave was very reasonable and by the time the work was done, everything had stayed within budget.
The crew of workers were very friendly and professional, and were able to answer any and all questions that I had. Despite having a lot of rainy and snowy weather in April, the job was still finished ahead of schedule.
Overall, I am pleased with all aspects of the job. Having work done is such a stressful time, but it was made so much easier thanks to Tried and True Builders. They will have plenty more work at my house in the future!

Tried and true removed and installed a beautiful roof for us! Not only were they quick, they ensured my property was left in the same condition when as when they came! I was so impressed to experience their professionalism, their dedication to detail, and clear expertise in their field of work. Unfortunately we had some rot in our roof, they quickly problem solved and had it completely repaired the next day! Recommended by Home Depot, they responded for an on-site look within an hour of my call about a leaking roof. Received phone estimate next morning and once accepting the quote got a schedule for start work. Job was completed by a pleasant and competent worker who cleaned up the old roofing shingles before applying the new underlay and shingles. Invoice matched the quote and, on the next rainy day there was no water leaking into my attic.

Tried and true is hired by *** for flooring installation. We paid for a quote on our floors, this company was suppose to call us within 24-48 hours to set up an appointment. After 6-7 days I had Home Depot contact them. They quickly set a reasonable date and came and delivered the quote in a timely manner. Within two days, I paid for the service and was told they would, again, contact me within 2 days to set a day for installation of our flooring. Almost a month later, and after speaking with Home Depot on the matter, numerous times, I was called by Tried andTrue. A date was agreed upon for installation. The installers did not show up or call to let me know of any delay. *** then admitted to being unorganized and hired an outside person to follow through with the job. Unknown to us at the time, but known to ***, the man hired had meetings on the day he was to install our floors. One day turned into two and a third day was going to be needed (to do a one day job). *** stated he would look into sending an additional person to support the work so it was complete “in a timely manner”.a second person was never sent. Three days turned into five.
With much frustration, we are very disappointed in the customer service of both Tried and True and ***.

We hired Tried and True to replace the shingles on our house through *** Installation services. Even though their quote wasn't the lowest, I went with Kyle because he had great references and the product he supplies has a great guarantee. He also had great customer service, he followed up with me and answered all of my questions. His guys that did the install were great. They cared about quality. They did a great job on the flashing around the chimney. They were very professional. They did a great job keeping the roof covered and water tight even though we had bad weather every other day. I will definitely use Tried and True on future projects.
