Phil was great to work with. You can call contractors and roofers til you turn blue and either they don't return your calls or they make appointments they don't show up for. No so with Tried and True. Phil called us back, he made an appointment and showed up. Just like he said he would. We are so happy with their work! He could have told us we needed a new roof but he was honest and told us he could fix it rather than replace it. And he did it within our working budget. They showed up, got the job done in a couple of days and we couldn't be happier. Next time we need any outside work done we will call Tried and True.

Really great guys, helped me when no one else would. They were actually the 5th company I called over about a 4 month period, but the only ones who showed up.

The weather early this year was terrible so I understand that every roofer in the area was busy, but Phillip made time for me anyway. He even sent someone over after hours on a Friday evening to tarp my roof since the leak got worse and storms were expected over the weekend. I appreciated that so much and it was a huge relief to not have to worry about further damage.

They came back the next week to repair the water damage under my shingles and then installed a new metal roof. The whole process only took about 2 weeks, and the actual work only took a few hours. The price was very reasonable and the new roof looks great.

If I'd known how easy and inexpensive it would be to get a durable metal roof I would have done this years ago! We used to have to replace shingles and several feet of ridge cap at least once every year due to severe storms, but now I'm so relieved to not have to worry about storm damage to my roof anymore. Thank you guys so much.

Mr.Oliver did a great job on repairing my roof & my gutters. His pricing was very fair and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. It's been almost a month since my house has been repaired, and I will be using his services again. I highly recommend Tried & True.

First off they showed up on time then they worked really hard and done a good job and all the boys was very respectful and did there jobs very well and cleaned up very well then the owners came and went over the whole job and made sure that it was done right thanks so much tried and true for a good job !!!
