Not a good service to use. My first experience was terrible. My shipment of food came two weeks late.

It was resolved by cancelling my order and refunding me. Their website indicated my account was "cancelled."

I noticed my card was billed again for a second order which I did not place. I spoke with a customer service representative and was told it was too late to cancel my order as they've already purchased the food.

I told the Trifrcta representative to keep the food and / or donate it. They declined, saying it was too late, and that I should donate it or share it with friends.

I made an exception as a first time customer and worked with them when my first order arrived late. Now they bill me for an order I didn't place, and tell me I can't cancel it?

Makes no sense. As a small business you have complete control over these things. Fix it.
