Mrs [redacted] was represented as fairly as possible Her right to an easement to the well was clearly written in the contract Her easement to the well is recorded in the [redacted] What Mrs [redacted] is upset about is the shared well maintenance agreement Mrs [redacted] & her husband agreed verbally on the terms of the shared well agreement, since they would share the well with the house across the street An attorney drafted the document The buyer & seller neglected to sign the shared well agreement before closing on the sale of the house After the consummation of the sale, the original seller brought the document to the [redacted] s which outlined the terms of the verbal agreement for the shared wellAt that time, it is my understanding that the [redacted] s refused to sign the shared well agreement By this time, they had surpassed the scope of my services as a real estate broker This became a civil dispute between two parties [redacted] ***PartnerTrifecta Real Estate Services [redacted]
