would take care of the repairs or we would? pay someone to repair it.? The customer advised us she would not be in town, so we agreed that? we would try to? get it done when she got? back.? Due to the fact she gave us a specific window of when we could repair the damages? because she was going back to work, we could not meet that time frame.? So the customer go upset and sent me an e-mail saying that she had reported us to the Revdex.com, we never denied or told her we were not going to take care of the damages, she wanted the work done in a very specific time frame which was not met, but, we never denied any services.? Like stated at the beginning, if we are responsible for any damages, then we will take care of them, but if the customer does not compromise then it is difficult to work only around there schedule only
