I have made contact with the customer *** ***, we are currently in the process of scheduling the repairs for her home. The customer gave me the dates and times that they are available, we are committed to fix any issues that we have caused. I am rejecting this response because: as of today's date September 29, 2016, JJ Flores Roofing has failed to make any attempts to repair our kitchen ceiling The last telephone conversation with *** ***z on August 5, was only to inform us that they do not have an in house carpenter to make repairs This contradicted the email he sent on August 2, stating that he will have someone work in our house before the end of the week After he asked if we knew anyone who could work in our kitchen, a name of a laborer who had worked in our laundry room was shared with Mr*** This person never showed up in our house An email received from *** ***z on 08/10/asked if the repairs were completed At this time, he was informed no one had worked in our kitchen and was advised of our complaint filed with Revdex.com He responded to this email requesting that all future communications to his office be made via certified mail We have been waiting for the outcome of this formal complaint to follow through with his request of a certified letter We feel the time between July thru August was more than ample time to work in our kitchen Instead, he lead us to believe the work will be completed when all along he failed to let us know that his company does not have any in house carpenters The fact that almost two months (since his email received on August 10) have passed by and no one from JJ Flores Roofing has contacted us only proves their lack of good faith in wanting to resolve this issue Nevertheless, a certified letter will now be sent and if the issue is not resolve, further action will be taken with appropriate agencies

We are and have always been willing to repair any damages that were the result of our workThe customer advised me of the leak they had when it rained via e-mail, the next day it was repaired, she also showed me some minor damage to the ceiling in the kitchenWe both agreed that JJ Flores Roofing
would take care of the repairs or we would pay someone to repair it. The customer advised us she would not be in town, so we agreed that we would try to get it done when she got back. Due to the fact she gave us a specific window of when we could repair the damages because she was going back to work, we could not meet that time frame. So the customer go upset and sent me an e-mail saying that she had reported us to the Revdex.com, we never denied or told her we were not going to take care of the damages, she wanted the work done in a very specific time frame which was not met, but, we never denied any services. Like stated at the beginning, if we are responsible for any damages, then we will take care of them, but if the customer does not compromise then it is difficult to work only around there schedule only
