Attached is our response regarding the Revdex.com Complaint (ID [redacted] ) submitted by [redacted] Please advise if you need anything further regarding this complaint Also in addition to having this on our letterhead, if it makes it easier, I have also submitted as text below.This is in response to [redacted] ’s complaint regarding her UpCart being out of warranty and not replaced or refunded We work very closely with our customers and do provide warranty replacements or parts as needed within a one year period from purchase which is clearly stated on our website In this case, she was past the one year warranty period on her purchase This was upsetting to her and she has posted this claim on the Revdex.com Our carts have been in production for two years and there is no way this cart would have broken in several places unless it was used improperly or exceeded the stated weight limit It has been our policy from the day we started this company to offer warranty for one year We feel this is an appropriate warranty period for our product against any manufacturers defects April’s cart was well past the warranty period an based on the breaks, it would not have been a manufacturers defect, but misuse of the cart Sincerely,The Team at UpCartThank you,Jessica
