In regards to the customer concern from *** ***, Mr*** signed a contract with our company on March 26, for work to be done at *** ** *** *** ** *** *** **The contract was signed for $50,000,arid at a later date there was an addition amount of $6,which was
added to the contract for the total amount of $56,050.00, not the $70,that Mr*** statedMr*** has called into the office on a few occasions and every time he called his problems were addressed and men were sent to take care of the situationMr***'s most recent call was on April 1, stating that he had a loose piece of siding and that we had not installed drip edge on his roofWe sent men to repair siding and told him we did not install his roof and the drip edge goes on before the roof gets installedHe also complained that the gutter was to levelIf a gutter is level it will drainOn April 4, Mr*** called in and said his range could not be pulled out to clean behind, that it was too tight and that he had a weak spot in his kitchen floor and that is concrete had crackedConcerning the concrete it states in the contract that Mr*** signed there is no guarantee once the concrete is placed from cracking or spideringHis other problems with the kitchen floor and range are out of warranty and there would be a service charge for us to returnWe told that to Mr*** and he contacted the Revdex.comIt states in the contract that Mr*** signed that there is a one (2) year warranty on all laborConcerning his warranties on his windows and doors, They arc *** windows and doors, each window and door has its own warranty and is in the top header of the windows and doorsThis was also told to Mr*** when they were installed

If I am to understand this correctly , the workmanship is satisfactory to the company , whether I like it or not ? Nothing more will be addressed ? And they will return to fix what I already paid them to do for an additional fee ?

the file and find out what is going on and get back to him, then on the 28th we received a fax from your office about this customer. On a service call basis we will do some corrections, but it is not what was originally on the contract.
