call from the local municipality in need of a emergency response to tow a vehicle involved in an accident on the evening of 02/21/2018.

vehicle from the accident. There Was not any formal correspondence initiated, only verbal, as was captained verbally to the complainant during the three phone calls: The
complainant stated she was overcharged, our receipt of record states the complainant did not issue payment for
any service rendered by our corporation.
I am rejecting this response because: The report of the exact location of the accident is being questioned and written proof of the location is needed. I need written affirmation of the location spot where my silver 2008 chrysler sebring was towed from. I requested numerous times for a copy of a form that verified where the car was picked up. I was told this business do not filepaperwork for any vehicles. I know this company must get paid for there services therefore, must keep some type of descriptionor detail of every assignment on paperwork for future payment. I am not trying to give this company a hard time, I just need a copy of my paperwork. [redacted]
