I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business is making accusations about me being a breederI have repeatedly asked for the links or a phone number of the website she is talking about but she has not provided any proof of thatThe business has been making excuses instead of providing some facts such as "She is buying house and is very busy"/ "she is travelling a lot and not able to get to emails"/ "she is refunding all the money with other buyers as well" etc etcI have the proof of all the emails if you would likeI did send her a dollar deposit through [redacted] and I have proof of that as well Regards, [redacted] **

[redacted] ***I am occasionally approached by breeders of other countries that own puppy mills or less than ethical breeding programsIt is my priority to ensure that all of my puppies are placed in loving family companion homes that will neuter them or with show homes that will care for them properly and obtain titlesInitially you contacted me from one address, told me you moved to another, had a third party contact me for delivery and had a fourth contact through an emailThis seemed less than honest to me and red flags began to appear.All of my litters are my property until I decide, as their owner, who is a suitable home and who is not and as an upstanding breeding it is my responsibility to ensure all families are honest and not looking for breeding prospects for full or mixed breed puppiesI have found what I have found on [redacted] and on the Ecuador Beagle breeders list, I have hired someone in Ecuador to look into the matter further and I am waiting to hear back from himThe puppy you reserved is still here, as you had paid a deposit on it, but at this point he is no longer available to you and I will refund your money no later than the 10th of June.Alayne Mullen

This person submitted a deposit for a Beagle puppy as a pet and was found with Beagle puppies for sale on his [redacted] page and listed on the Beagle Breeders of Ecuador pageI am having show enthusiasts in Ecuador look into this further for me and tell me if this person is indeed a breederI require a $deposit, he submitted an amount under $but if we find he is not a breeder or associated with a breeder we will happy refund his "deposit"Alayne Mullen

I had doubts as soon on your behavior when you did'nt not call and neither gave your number to talk things out neither have you provided any evidence that you found my *** account and all the rubbish that you are stating belowAlo I knew that you have the puppies and may be collecting more money from other gullible customers like me to gather more money and cook up some story."I have found what I have found on *** and on the Ecuador Beagle breeders list, I have hired someone in Ecuador to look into the matter further and I am waiting to hear back from him."I do not trust any word of what you say and want my money with daysI wont be waiting for June 10th as its too lateI paid you the money in April and its already more than month sitting in your account.Please return my advance
