I purchased two replacement wallets 5 months ago. I have to admit, I love this wallet I’ve had for a few years. Which is why I didn’t hesitate to send 90 for two more. But I have not received my two wallets now and have sent 3 emails with no response. Yet I keep getting emails advertising sales. Very bummed out about this. But more bummed out I probably won’t get the replacements

Hello. I actually did receive an email from the company (triHOLD, Inc.)shortly after Revdex.com sent my complaint to them. I have since received my wallet. There was no explanation from triHOLD, Inc as to why it took so long, or why they never returned...

my emails, but I do suspect that my complaint to Revdex.com had something to do with the speedy resolution. So thank you for that.

I ordered this wallet . I think it's a huge scam... I sent them 36.00 on CC and never got confirmation of wallet being sent after 2-4 weeks. I emailed them several times, with no response. I will never do business with them again. I am disputing the charge and letting my CC company to handle it now. I sent several emails with no response . Don't order from this company , they are a scam...

Review: I purchased their TriHold wallet for $39 via their online website (TriHold.com), because of their advertising on FaceBook. They tracked the package and I received it in my mailbox. The package was EMPTY with only the order slip inside - without any wallet. Their only contact info is an email address so I emailed them and described to them what had happened. I only received an automated message back that stated, "Your request (980) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email.". I waited over a week and didn't receive a response. I emailed them again and still have not heard back from them. I then contacted my Credit card company and disputed the charge.

Review: Ordered a wallet from add on Facebook for a wallet for $39 9-17-15 it was shipped in a bubble envelope that came empty and looked like it was never sealed. Also had a stamp from Post Office that it had possible damage. I went on there web site trihold.com it says any shipping damage would be covered by the Post Office tried that it wasn't insured

They might have moved email address is same as DE location the return address on empty package was [redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like to business shut down looks like they have done the same to other people looks like Postal fraud to me.

Review: I purchased the wallet as it looked like it would fit my needs. When I received it I found it was cheaply made, felt like cardboard and the clasp on it stuck out way too far as I keep my wallet in my front pocket, the clasp would pierce my pocket or my leg. Desired Settlement: I just want to return the wallet and get my money back. I have made several attempts to contact and I have followed their return procedure with no response.
