I purchased a CANVAS 30” twinkling Wreath from Canadian Tire, December 28, 2025. I purchased this specific wreath as I have seen some examples in our neighbourhood and they really look good.
Upon assembly and lighting up the wreath, and although I understand the green lights are spaced randomly throughout the wreath, the lower right section, between 4:00 o’clock and 6:00, is dark with only 2 lights, however, the section between 6:00 and 8:00 is well illuminated with 10 bulbs. This gaping dark section really detracts from the potential ‘wow’ factor this wreath can possess. And this issue should not even exist since the wreath has about 10 green lights situated behind the red bow where they are not even visible.
I would be happy if CANVAS replaced my wreath with one that has a better distribution of green lights.

Purchased at CTC Feb 2024. Took two people 3 hours to assemble. The ONLY reason it took so long was the instructions or lack there of! No dialogue instructions, just pictures and not very good. If you have no handyman skills or good at puzzels, DONT ATTEMPT! You need to figure it out as you go! We finally assembled the cart and used all the parts and pieces given.. The glue in the package was all dried out. make sure you have your own. The final product is not very sturdy and wobbleley! so now I have to either figure out a way secure the cart stronger or take it apart and return to CTC. This product is CRAP! Receiving some combinsation from Trileaf would be ideal!

ordered 2 free jars with only shipping charges from their ad... credit card was charged $199.88... no invoice ever... no cancel order buttons... rude, absolutley no refunds even if 20 minutes and at midnight! and stopping payment from credit card is not possible... so says trileaf phone non english speaking assisstant.

I purchased an Autotrends Side Vehicle Shade at Canadian Tire when I was vacationing in Canada. Just 4 days after the purchase, a plastic clip broke off the shade that is promoted in its packaging as "durable material." Waste of money.

Three times Trileaf was able to provide me with the necessary replacement parts, for a very fair price and deliver charge, as well as in a timely manner. The customer service folks on the phone are understanding and congenial. I was repeatedly impressed. I have no problem with Canadian Tire outsourcing their product support, especially since Trileaf does such upstanding work.

I recently purchased a Monica table lamp from Canadian Tire after previously buying a Monica floor lamp. I wanted a matching lamp. The assembly of the shade of the table lamp did not go well. The tarnished frame supports were bent in such a way that they did not match the connecting spots on the shade. After 40 minutes, I twisted and force and frames in, resulting in a mis-shaped shade. Obviously there was a manufacturing defect. I uploaded 3 photos.

I would either like a replacement table lamp or a refund. Thanks.

I purchased a 12x14-ft CANVAS Skyline Fabric Outdoor/Patio Gazebo in April from Canadian Tire (CA Tire) and have searched since the day I purchased it until now -October Winter cover for the gazebo.
There is ONLY one winter cover that fits this specific gazebo and it is in ONLY one size (10x12).

Extremely disappointed that I can't protect my gazebo for the winter. I already can't use my gazebo anymore until next May/June. The winter here is harsh and this means it'll get so much more damage and require sooner replacement.

I feel defeated and like I wasted the money I saved for to buy this. Extremely disappointed.

WHY do you not make covers for all-size gazebos?
WHY doesn't anyone from Canadian Tire (CAN Tire), YoTriilo have any better help then "this is what I found when I googled Winter Gazebo cover". This was the MOST frustrating response. As if I hadn't already been googling and searching for months on end.

WHY is there no way to even attempt to contact Trileaf Distribution?

We installed WITH instructions manual and are missing 40 screws, canadian tire can't help and we might need to wait until next year. They told me to call the number on instruction booklet which is not a valid number. We need these screws before snowfall it is 3/4 set up and can't be taken down.

CTC will not replace or refund a "bow rake" I bought earlier.
Found that the handle is too short for comfortable raking as my right hand keeps slipping off the end unless I bend way over.
For this length of handle the angle is way too steep.
NEED A LONGER HANDLE!

Hi, I am looking for a replacement part for the mounting bracket. The box it came in, did not come with one. I can not find it at any hardware or lighting store and was recommended to contact the manufacture. Please advise how/where I can order one. Thanks.

I have had the same lights in the past And was very satisfied with the product. [ Crackled solar lights] . The first set I bought would come on at dusk and stay lit all night. The last set I bought only stays lit for about 1 and a half hours. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the new ones. The old ones stay lit longer still. Not sure if you are using inferior parts or different suppliers. What ever the reason I feel the product is not as good as it was. I will be looking for something different in the near future.

I recently bought a 4 liter can of REZ cedar stain for my decks from Canadian Tire.
I must say I've never seen such a dark colour that's suppose to be cedar.
The colour looks more like a Walnut and has a greyish tone to it.
It doesn't look like any other "cedar" stain that I've ever used before.
Very disappointed with the end product.

We purchased 4 zero-gravity chairs through Tractor Supply Company (TSC), now Peaveymart, and "were" quite satisfied until the bungee like cord used to attach the fabric to the frame started disintegrating causing the seat to continually sink away from the frame. We would like to see these chairs replaced or obtain a full refund.

I think the picture shows the problem.
Sure I could snip off the extra cord, but I want Trileaf to send them back to China and get them to do it right. I am not in the mood to package them and ship them, but I will drop them at my local CT store.

I bought the roll of 300 lights last year and half the lights stopped working on one roll within 2 weeks. thought it was something the cat had done. so this year I bought another 3 rolls of the 300 as I have 3 trees to do and within 2 weeks 2 of the rolls had blown half way up . no animals in the house this year. im so pissed off and of coarse there is no number to contact . someone better be getting back to me about this crap product that you pay alot of money for

Purchased this lighted star from Canadian Tire (Trileaf Distributors Canada) and after only a few weeks use two lights burnt out (replacements provided didn't fit) and suction cup hook broke. Called Canadian Tire and they don't have any in stock, so can't help. They suggested contacting Trileaf but I can't find a Customer Service number anywhere online. I have a illuminated angel from another company that is still working perfectly after 22 Christmases. Extremely disappointed with this product and would like a full refund from Trileaf.

Bought in 2017 CanadianTire for use in tire changing on 2012 Cruise. Jack lift does not lift beyond 12 inches & is not high enough. Booklet for this product states that this may be due to low fluid level.To add hydraulic fluid booklet says to remove top plate & locate oil filler plug. The sketch does not show where this plug is located. There is an orange plastic cap upon which is written DO NOT ADJUST, below the cap is a screw which I did not remove or adjust. I gained access to the oil reservoir by removing the piston which is used to crankup the jack. I added a small bit of hydrolic oil there & reassembled the unit. Upon cranking the unit it lifted to a maximum of 10 inches so I lost 2 inches more than at the start. What is the solution ?
