Leak was reported on Sep 29th we issued a workorder for a repairman to go out and find the leak. A leak was found in the yard and repairman dug up pipe and repaired the leak. We did not hear from tenant again until Oct 19th, stating that his water bill was still high and
there must still be a leak. He was questioned as to whether any toilets were running or sinks dripping at that time. He stated that yes one of his toilets was running. We issued another workorder for a repairman to go out and look at the toilet. Repairman could not enter unit as a dog was loose in the unit. Tenant was called and told to either kennel dog or lock in a bedroom. Repairman went a 2nd time, dog was still out in the unit and door was unanswered. On the 3rd trip by the repairman someone was home and answered door, but the bathroom in which the toilet was running was full of dog feces. Tenant was told that all feces had to be cleaned up before repairman could perform any work. Repairman returned the next day for the 4th trip and repaired toilet

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for your response however I strongly disagree with your proclaim we did not leave a forwarding addressMy Mother left one with *** and I also know I personally came I to the office on a few occasions to talk with Manager but she was always too busyAlso my Mother, *** and I both called repeatedly for copies of documentation after we received collection notices by collection agency and still never received those as wellWe have continuously left return phone numbers as well and email addresses. Also, I don't feel we should be responsible for the fact that *** had all of this documented but he is no longer employed by Trilliji.*** did do a walk thru with me and everything was spotless and there was no trash left behindHowever when we Moved in we had to scrub floors, fix a cabinet door that was previously broken, have the carpets cleaned by your employees and we removed the handfuls of dead crickets and ck roachesThere were also children's barettes and clothing on the floor. The screen door would constantly fall off track because it did not fit properlyWe left with service requests that were never responded to one of them being the screen door and broken outlets on the wallsIf there was a Crack in the drywall we did not put it thereThat's is the structure of the building. I do agree with replacing front door knob, replacing bulb in kitchen light fixture and the vertical blinds in living room needing hang again.However painting and carpet cleaning is something that should always be done by the owners.We took great pride in our home there.Our rent was paid up and we left a deposit plus forwarding addresses and our phone numbers remained the same. First let me express that we are sorry for any hardships and family illness we understand these times can be trying and wish you a quick resolve.I have reviewed your file and we have followed the lease and only charged the items allowed which includes unit make-ready, re-letting...

charge &  rent for the days up until the new resident moved in.You stated that you walked the unit with [redacted] and it passed however I show the unit was walked two days after you surrendered the keys at our office.  The walk through was completed by [redacted] with the items that would be responsibility of the resident.  [redacted] is no longer with Triliji Group he has moved on to his calling and now pastors a church in Corpus.  If you have any correspondence with [redacted] saying you would not owe I will need a copy of that correspondence.  We have a strict policy that if someone calls with a dispute about a deposit or move out statement all correspondence must be in writing and we have a separate email account [redacted]@trilijigroup.com for those disputes the reason is to eliminate any miscommunication therefore my staff does not have the authority to speak to anyone regarding these matters all must be in writing.  I would like to know if you were given this information?Because you didn't leave a forwarding address the statement was issued and mailed to the last know address with address correction requested I checked and we had no returned letters or statements so you might want to check where your mail was forwarded those statements may be at that local station.I will be happy to review any email or information you have from [redacted] or any other representative and make adjustments accordingly.I will also leave word for [redacted] to contact me via email and try and discuss this with him but I will wait for your reply in the event you have emails or something from [redacted] that states you wouldn't owe a balance.The items charged are all legitimate charges as outlined in the TAA Lease Contract you signed.Please send any other information and I will review and let you know if any adjustments are warranted.For your review I have included the final statement, walk-through inspection and move -out checklist showing with keys were returned etc.Kind Regards,[redacted]
