Careless and condescending.

He didn't know that a part of the siding on the garage was missing until we pointed it out to him.

He also told us that after he tested the house's water systems, he found the water heater leaking during (and only during) his inspection. He could not give us an answer when we asked him where the leak was coming from, and what he did to produce the leak. He went on to rant to us in a very condescending tone that it was pointless to try and find out where the leak is coming from because it was "likely somewhere inside the insulation". We had just wanted to know if it was necessary to replace the heater, but I guess that was too much to ask.

He barely touched on the structural quality of the house but spent copious amounts of time explaining how to unlock a normal window and what type of foods are best cooked with convection type baking. I wish I were joking.

Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend.
