Careless and condescending He didn't know that a part of the siding on the garage was missing until we pointed it out to him He also told us that after he tested the house's water systems, he found the water heater leaking during (and only during) his inspectionHe could not give us an answer when we asked him where the leak was coming from, and what he did to produce the leakHe went on to rant to us in a very condescending tone that it was pointless to try and find out where the leak is coming from because it was "likely somewhere inside the insulation"We had just wanted to know if it was necessary to replace the heater, but I guess that was too much to ask He barely touched on the structural quality of the house but spent copious amounts of time explaining how to unlock a window and what type of foods are best cooked with convection type bakingI wish I were joking Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend
