I did respond to these peopleI told him that the area was very small and it wouldn't of been caught in a inspectionI will send them a refund check
Complaint: [redacted] It was not at all a minor thing .It was an obvious water damage caused by a gap in the plumbing vent and the roofIt cost us around 10KHad to replace that portion of the roof and entire siding.We definitely need a refund.Sincerely,**

I did respond to these people. I told him that the area was very small and it wouldn't of been caught in a normal inspection. I will send them a refund check
