Dear Revdex.com agent,This is in response to complaint submitted 3/13/2017, ID [redacted] , by Daryl [redacted] We have contacted Mr [redacted] and come to an agreementHe is dropping his complaint against us.This is an explanation of the complaint:There was no contract signed - which is probably what caused this problem.We agreed to draw his trusses, for a $feeWe drew his trusses and the last thing he wanted done was to get a few measurements on the strutsWill provided these to him.I'm assuming our project manager, Will, thought our agreement was satisfied at this point, and stopped working on the projectDuring this Daryl had sent his house drawing to Joe, the engineer we hire to review projectsJoe had Daryl's house drawing, but wasn't told to send them back.Daryl was expecting to get his house drawing and truss prints (which we didn't agree to provide) sent to him in the mail.Will must have assumed that by sending a .pdf version of the truss plans, the agreement was fulfilled.Daryl contacted us about getting his plans sent to him.Daryl was told he'd get the drawing in a couple of days, which turned into weeksDuring this time he's calling Rick and Will asking about when he'll get his drawingThere was miscommunication and confusion about what drawings he's referring toIt took a while to figure that Joe had his house plans.Then I (Scott) was asked told to find his house drawings, and tracked them down to Joe - he sent them back, and we forwarded them on to Daryl.Daryl received his house drawing, but still expecting printed truss drawings from us.He files a complaint with Revdex.com against us.I called him on 3/and discussed his complaintWhen I explain that the printed plans are the same as the latest .pdf he received, and offering to print the plans and ship them to him, he decided he didn't need the printed plans after allhe thought there were additional printed plans that his drawings were based on, which wasn't the case.He told me to inform Revdex.com that we have come to an agreement and he is dropping his complaint.Regards,Scott [redacted] Scott [redacted] Trillium Dell TimberworksKnox Rd NKnoxville, IL 61448C [redacted] O309-289-
