Review: Was contacted by this company stating I was approved for a $12000 loan. Lender stated that due to my credit I needed to secure the loan by making 4 payments of $210 and I would not have to pay anything else til October. Sent the money of $842 western union to Carlton Hayes in Toronto. Was told my loan would be available today. Received a call today stating the lender had reviewed my credit again and my score had decreased and the lender needed an additional $840 as insurance before the loan could be released. Informed the lender I could not do that and the lender stated when I asked, that they could refund the monies but would take 4 weeks.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of $842 plus the cost of sending the money of $64.
