I'm now a home-owner, no longer even a renter, and felt compelled to create an account here to leave this advice: DoNotLiveHereIf your experience is anything like mine, they will bill you illegally and make up insane claims (like per your lease, you can't move out because there are too many vacancies)That, by the way, is clearly which they agreed after I challenged them, but what kind of businesss even tries something like that?! To add insult to injury, I moved out, with proper notice, at the end of my lease in October, and just received a bill from Trilogy (months later) stating that I moved out last week and owe them an absurd amount of moneyThis is NOT the first time I've had billing issues with themI have had to involve an attorney three separate times now to dispute their chargesI have been successful every time but find it insane that I waste my time off dealing with their absurd, illegal, unethical practicesMy advice to the employees: Start doing a credible job and you won't have to illegally bill residents to justify your IncomeMy advice to prospective renters: if you a hard-working, credit-conscious human, you deserve better than this corrupt messRESIDENT- 2016Not RecommendedReviewed 12/03/2016? Overall, I love living at TrilogyThe location is great, the noise is kept to a minimum, and the local police officers are very helpful and keep a close eye on the areaThe ladies in the front office are also very helpful and whenever I have a maintenance request they usually come to fix it in less than hoursThe maintenance are very friendly, but unfortunately they do smell really smokey all the time so if they come into your apartment to fix something they leave a smokey smellNot good for someone like me who has asthma and hates smoke! They are very kind though! On the down side, although the staff here is really attentive and helpful- the building is old and there are a lot of things that have happened that shouldn't have happened since we have lived here (a little over a year)We pay almost 900$ a month for our two bedroom, and we have had are dishwasher break down twice, our toilet paper holder fall off twice, our bath tub is chipped really bad in multiple placesThey have came to reseal the bath tub once and it still chipped in multiple areasOur kitchen sink leaks a lot and we had to get that replacedOne night while we were sleeping it was storming really bad and we had water pouring through our master bedroom windowIt caused water damage to the walls and our carpetThat was not a fun wake up callWe also have no screen on our back door, there are holes in most of our screens, and worst of all we had to get our bathroom ripped apart because of a plumbing issueTrilogy staff brought in a plumber to fix the bathroom issue, and when I came home that night my toilet was in my tub and the bathroom was torn apart and unusableSo we had no toilet for two nightsApparently the plumber "couldn't get to it that day" but somehow he didn't have time to put my toilet back so we could at least peeThen in the middle of the night, a tube connected to the inner wall of our bathroom started gushing waterWe woke up to a soaked bathroom floor and it was also leaking into our hallwayWater was spraying everywhereHad to wait for three hours for a maintenance guy to get here to turn it offI demanded we get rent taken off that month though and they obliged In my opinion, because the buildings are old, it is NOT worth the moneyThere are many other new apartments with less issues for the same amount of moneyRESIDENT2015Not RecommendedReviewed 09/04/2015DONT MOVE TO TRILOGY MOLD,MILDEW,SPIDERS, WATER BUGS, UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER AND PATCH UP MAINTANCE CREWCAN'T WAIT FOR LEASE TO BE UP Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/09/18) */
This resident did have plumbing calls during her stay, however, when the plumbing was cabled to clear the lines the issue was clear There were feminine products pulled back from the line and this was addressed with the resident This is also
a community policy It is not our practice to call any resident prior to coming to their home, when they have requested maintenance If one calls emergency maintenance, the team responds to the call Move out walk through appointments are performed by request and this is discussed in the letter that each resident receives when they give the written notice that they are moving When this resident came in to return the keys to her apartment home, she also never requested a walk through of her apartment home Upon move in, each resident signs a form that instructs them of what they need to do upon move out in order to avoid move out charges This form remains in the file, with the resident signature on it If a resident fails to clean the apartment at move out, there will be charges incurred In this case, that is what happened

Mr*** paid a $refundable security deposit, which was applied toward the balance dueThe range in the apartment had significant burn damage, needing replacementThe range was not supplied in such condition to Mr***, nor could we supply it to a new residentThe charge was $250,
which is less than half of the $that the new range costIn accordance with Mr***'s move in check list, the unit was supplied in a satisfactory clean stateAfter his move out, their were personal items left in the apartment and the unit required a deep cleaning of both the unit and appliancesThe bath tub and tile were in good condition upon Mr***'s move inAt move out, the tub and tile were filthy, stained and mildew set in as to stain the grout and several other areas of the tileThis required resurfacing of the tub and tile in order to be presentable for another future residentOur cost was $374, the charge was pro-rated based upon the number of years expected left after the previous resurfacingThe walls and baseboards in the living room were heavily marked and bright colored, sticky, heavy spilss along the baseboardsAgain, the unit was not presented in this condition to Mr***Mr*** was provided with a Move Out Confirmation Sheet and Cleaning Instructions at the time of his notice to vacate, so he was aware of the expectations we have for all residents upon move outMr*** was also notified that he could schedule a walk through inspection with a member of management in the Move Out Confirmation letter, but chose not to do soIt is unfortunate the Mr*** feels these charges are excessive, however, had he contacted the office to schedule a walk through inspection, these matters could have been discussed and, perhaps, rectified prior to the Final Account Statement

Mr*** is required by his lease to give a day written notice to Trilogy Apartments prior to vacating the apartment homeHe
failed to do so and according to the lease agreement, he was billed through a day noticeHe issued notice on 6-19-and vacated the apartment home on 7-1-His account has been turned over to our collection agency and he was provided that number to make payment arrangementsThis policy is in force and required from all of the residents in direct relation to the lease agreement that they sign with Trilogy ApartmentsWe will not negotiate on this policy, as it would not be according to Fair Housing laws
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 19, 2015/09/11) */
Trilogy Apartments provided a resolution to this caseI am satisfied with their responseThe case can be closed

On the down side, although the staff here is really attentive and helpful- the building is old and there are a lot of things that have happened that shouldn't have happened since we have lived here (a little over a year)We pay almost 900$ a month for our two bedroom, and we have had are dishwasher break down twice, our toilet paper holder fall off twice, our bath tub is chipped really bad in multiple placesThey have came to reseal the bath tub once and it still chipped in multiple areasOur kitchen sink leaks a lot and we had to get that replacedOne night while we were sleeping it was storming really bad and we had water pouring through our master bedroom windowIt caused water damage to the walls and our carpetThat was not a fun wake up callWe also have no screen on our back door, there are holes in most of our screens, and worst of all we had to get our bathroom ripped apart because of a plumbing issueTrilogy staff brought in a plumber to fix the bathroom issue, and when I came home that night my toilet was in my tub and the bathroom was torn apart and unusableSo we had no toilet for two nightsApparently the plumber "couldn't get to it that day" but somehow he didn't have time to put my toilet back so we could at least peeThen in the middle of the night, a tube connected to the inner wall of our bathroom started gushing waterWe woke up to a soaked bathroom floor and it was also leaking into our hallwayWater was spraying everywhereHad to wait for three hours for a maintenance guy to get here to turn it offI demanded we get rent taken off that month though and they obliged In my opinion, because the buildings are old, it is NOT worth the moneyThere are many other new apartments with less issues for the same amount of moneyRESIDENT2015Not RecommendedReviewed 09/04/2015DONT MOVE TO TRILOGY MOLD,MILDEW,SPIDERS, WATER BUGS, UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER AND PATCH UP MAINTANCE CREWCAN'T WAIT FOR LEASE TO BE UP

Mr*** is required by his lease to give a day written notice to Trilogy Apartments prior to vacating the apartment home He
failed to do so and according to the lease agreement, he was billed through a day notice He issued notice on 6-19-and vacated the apartment home on 7-1- His account has been turned over to our collection agency and he was provided that number to make payment arrangements This policy is in force and required from all of the residents in direct relation to the lease agreement that they sign with Trilogy Apartments We will not negotiate on this policy, as it would not be according to Fair Housing laws
