[redacted] Hello ?"? I tried responding via the link I was sent however the link is not letting me so I hope just responding this email will work.? The [redacted] lived at [redacted] for years and moved out May 31, when there lease had expired? The [redacted] had a security deposit of $? - On July 14, I sent a security deposit reconciliation via certified mail which the [redacted] signed for as I got the return receipt back from the ***.? The unit had to have new carpet and paint as well as a couple of new windows that were older which the [redacted] were not billed for.? Trilogy did charge for broken blinds, cigarette burns, broken drawers in refrigerator, lots of trash that was not removed, we also had the unit professionally cleaned as it was not cleaned yet did not charge them for that as it was overlooked.? Trilogy has asked for the balance of $be paid by Sept 1, to avoid it being turned over to collections.? The attached is what was sent to the [redacted] via certified mail? I have the invoice that was sent to us via certified mail and the one they attach to this complaint is not what we were sent in the mailThe invoice we were given shows us getting back $I don't know what games are being played but we have the invoice and the one they are saying was sent was not the one that was sent to usI have sent a copy of what was sent to us

The [redacted] had a security deposit of $695.00 - On July 14, 2017 I sent a security deposit reconciliation via certified mail which the [redacted] signed for as I got the return receipt back from the [redacted]. The unit had to have new carpet and paint as well as a couple of new windows that were older which the [redacted] were not billed for. Trilogy did charge for broken blinds, cigarette burns, broken drawers in refrigerator, lots of trash that was not removed, we also had the unit professionally cleaned as it was not cleaned yet did not charge them for that as it was overlooked.
