I am rejecting this response because: Trilogy's statement is completely untrue; we were customers who never
received finished, quality work. Also, pictures were taken and sent to the acting superintendent, ***, who suddenly stopped working for the company; also, pictures were sent to *** ***. My concern is if we are not customers of this company, then why do will have bills and invoices stating otherwise; they also placed a lien against our home on August 5, for $4,301.73, although a contract has never been produced. Also, two of our ASI insurance checks were signed over to this company to complete work, and of course, this can easily be verified through our insurance company. If I'm not a customer of Trilogy, then they should remove the lien that was placed against my home, and present me with a bill showing a zero balance. This is the worst experience that I've ever had. My insurance agent warned me to beware of this company; I wish I would have taken heed
