We also had Choice Home Warranty and ended up with Trilogy to fix our HVAC system. The technician charged $900 to replace 2 dampers (2 zone system). That evening, the system stopped working correctly. The technician came back, but couldn’t get it fixed. Instead he said it was working as intended. We had to call another company to work on it.

due to *** trilogy was called to check out my thermostat which was acting strange. the appt. was set for thurs 8/15, with a window of 11 am to 3 pm, I took off work to wait. Ater checking my emails about 2 pm see that trilogy canceled my appt thru choice home warranty instead of calling me directly. I call choice and request another company. they call trilogy and they come after 5 pm and the tech gives me about 10 mins of his time. he tells me I have a leak "somewhere". says trilogy well get back with choice for approval. I ask the tech did you even check out my thermostat, the reason I called. he quickly checked and said it just needed to be reprogramed. after punching a few buttons he leaves. after his action with my therostate now the fan does not come on, call trilogy and of course they are booked for the whole weekend and cannot come out until monday. Also, choice has declined my claim due to pictures the tech sent in.What pictures? The tech never showed me pictures he took of coils that he said were leaking. I have called trilogy and asked for invoice they have failed to send me and copies of all pictures they sent to choice home warranty. Have not received yet. They are supposed to come out monday at 9 am to fix my therostat but I have my doubts. have canceled the home warranty renewal and well never use this company again and do not reccommend. I also found out that trilogy is located in katy tx an hour from deer park tx wherer I live. they should not have taken the order because this is just to far away if any problems come up. and they did and I have been treated very poorly.
