This company does not allow returns on opened merchandise, even if it has not been used and there is nothing wrong with it.

I placed an order with this company and received the wrong thing. I may have mistakenly ordered the wrong thing but when I contacted them to see what I could do to get I placed an order with this company and received the wrong thing. I may have mistakenly ordered the wrong thing but when I contacted them to see what I could do to get it replaced they sent back a very curt reply saying I just needed to go online and order another one. I just didn't feel like this was very professional.
