Last March I arranged to have my bathroom remodeled.It was to take 3 wks max and I had a 10,000 dollar budget. After 5 wks I got my bathroom finished, but 1 month later The grout and tiles were popping out. Come to find out they cut a large floor joist to put in new drain. The floor had moved. I called Randy K and they came back to repair.Two months later There was water all over the floor from shower. The entire shower had lost its seal and had to be resealed. I have two pieces of granite, one on the step into shower and one on top of the pony wall on shower. Both of these pieces of granite cracked and I was told he doubted it.One more time he came to reseal the shower. It has lasted a few months. While cleaning the shower last week I noticed the bottom grout coming apart from floor. I was going to re-grout and water is entering out of shower onto my brand new subfloor. It has be drying out for a week. He didnt think that the granite was broken. He just didnt want to deal with it.It should have been replaced.I spent 10,800 dollars on that bathroom which took me a long time to save. I was told my showerdoor was not in the budget so that was 1500.00 more, and now it doesnt even hang staight.
To whom it may concern,I am writing this letter in response to a complaint *** filed with the Revdex.com.I did a bathroom remodel for her approximately one year ago. She contacted me in September, almost six months later. I went over to inspect and assess the issues. At that time there was a fracture in the granite piece on the step into the shower, but the granite on the pony wall was completely intact. I went over a second time to perform the work to correct the issues.I replaced the grout and color caulking around the granite next to the pony wall and addressed the issues with the tiles. I noticed the seal on the door was not sufficient so I resealed the door well. All issues were resolved besides the fracture in the granite.I am more than willing to honor my warranty and workmanship. We value all our customers and do not want Ms. to be dissatisfied with her bathroom. It will be necessary to contact Ms. so I can assess and schedule the repairs. In order to replace the granite, I will schedule the original installer of the glass wall / door to come remove the shower door so I can remove and replace the fractured granite and then have them reinstall and reseal the door at no additional cost to Ms ***.It is my desire that I can honor my warranty.
