The repairs took three (3) attempts to complete and 5 weeks. For the initial pick up, there were numerous issues. The front bumper was not installed correctly and the gap was uneven. It was noticeable at 20 feet. The interior was filthy with greasy finger prints all over the seats, trim pieces, seat belts, and headliner. I am not sure why gloves are not worn. But the best off all, the rear bumper was damaged during the repair and required it to be painted too. I cannot believe this passed the detailer and any type of a quality check. The second attempt to pick up, the interior was a little better in regards to greasy finger prints. The second row of seats pushed back the third row Weather Tech floor liner. The third row of seats were put back up, smashing the floor liner and putting a hole in it. We also found someone's Tupperware and dirty fork inside... Maybe the radio or DVD player was used for lunch entertainment. We also found the front bumper was not painted on the inside of the wheel well. I am quite disappointed. The car was not "showroom condition" as promised. A quote from the website, "Detailer A repair at Trimbach's isn't complete until it's finished. That's where {name} comes in. {Name} makes sure that repaired cars and trucks are not only physically returned to its showroom condition, but that it looks the part as well. Getting each customer's car detailed to where it looks like it just came off the showroom floor helps the customer see and appreciate the rest of the Trimbach's team work."
