I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I
reviewed appear below.I am still working with my insurance company waiting to hear back from themThe paperwork I have shows that for anyone under the age of there is no cap on benefits Also I have yet to receive any statement from my insurance company requesting/showing a over payment to Trimble. I do mot know where they came up with this amount I have a voicemail from Trimble dated Nov 30th claiming at that time the refund amount was So half would be to me and same to exwife So the dollar amount they claim now is also incorrect Soas of now Zenith Administators is still working with Delta dental to find out what the true claim amount paid should have beenThey already paid the claim and now are verifing if the claim was paid in errorwhere or how did Trimble come up with there new refund amount?
