Trimble Mechanical Inc [redacted] To whom this may concern- In response to the compliant files by [redacted] I had left voice mails on [redacted] cell phone he never called back The last Phone call I got from him was on 08-05-I returned his call on the 08-11-2014, now understand it has been 99-degrees and we have been very busy we are a one man with helper operation return calls as soon as I can — I finally called the business line at tweetys rv.com to contact him We have serviced the A/C and they are working properly, The vents were installed as for the programmable thermostats—the thermostats that were installed originally were not the correct thermostats this is why they had to be removed and replaced with the current thermostats, which are the correct thermostats, I have in closed a copy off the original bid for this project you will notice there is no mention of programmable thermostats The name on the bid is for [redacted] He was the carpenter for this project, [redacted] requested them after the project was completeThere will be an additional charge for these, the problem with this situation is a lack of communication understanding [redacted] and I both operate business and get very busy from time to time Thank You [redacted]
